The sporting director of Sepsi OSK, János Bokor, is leaving the club because of personal reasons. The surprise announcement was made on the official Facebook page of the sports club this morning.
In a short post announcing the departure, the team thanked Bokor for the work done for the benefit of the club and the team, and wished him good luck in his future endeavors. The announcement comes as a surprise move following the success the team has recently had: in their second-ever First League season, Sepsi OSK made it to the play-offs by finishing the regular season in sixth place.
Also, the timing of the announcement is kind of awkward, since the First League matches continue this weekend: Sepsi OSK will play against FC Voluntari in the Anghel Iordănescu Stadium in Ilfov County, in the first round on July 12, 2019, at 18:30 EEST.
