The historic centre of Temesvár/Timișoara will get a temporary ice rink for the Christmas season that will operate between December 1 and January 10, Nyugati Jelen writes. The 600 square meters rink is a private venture, so there will be an entry fee, mayor Nicolae Robu said. He added that a few years ago there was a similarly sized ice rink in the Children’s Park, but it was probably in the wrong location and received almost no visitors.
